Camping Trips At Mount Rushmore National Park

Mount Rushmore National Parks trip and we can not figure out where to stay when we go to the Mount Rushmore area. We will be camping in Mount Rushmore are there any good central locations? We want to see Mount Rushmore.

Mount Rushmore National Park (, located in South Dakota’s Black Hills, is among the most widely recognized symbols of America’s freedom and hope. The main attraction of the park, Mount Rushmore, features the faces of Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. The park also features an eatery, walking trails and designated rock-climbing areas. Although camping is not allowed in the park, campers can choose from a variety of campgrounds within 20 miles of the park.
